Purpose:
To honor the ironage of bodybuilding, which spans from approximately the mid-60's to the start of the 90's, and the athletes, writers, photographers and luminaries who gave it a pulse.
To recapture the spirit of brotherhood and mutual respect all bodybuilders had for one another during that period.
To give web surfing bodybuilders a place where they can voice their opinions, learn and educate without fear of personal attacks or humiliation- the kind endemic to other bodybuilding boards.
To give older bodybuilders a place to reminisce.
To give younger bodybuilders a place to learn.
To express our voice as a whole to the bodybuilding community that many qualities of both the ironage physique and spirit are qualities that need to be revived in today's version of the sport.
Code of Conduct:
Respect your fellow members.
Do not use profanities nor make any kind of personal attacks against fellow members.
Do not use this forum for gossip or the spreading of unfounded rumors.
While steroid talk will not necessarily be banned, do not consider this a place to engage in long discussion about steroid use.
Consider the fine line between debating and arguing. The Internet tends to amplify emotions.
Do not use these boards to air personal grievances.
Let's keep religion and politics out of our discussions. Everyone has their own personal beliefs and political leanings. When they are allowed into our topics the result always ends in a heated discussion and division among the members.
Thank you and enjoy!
