I remember reading an article about him training on a Mon-Wed-Friday split (1/2 body in each workout) in ironman mag about 20 years ago.  He was a Natural Mr America or something like that. Always wanted to learn more about his training due to the non-steroid stance. 

Anyone know where he ended up?
