Then on legs day - warm up loads on leg ext and ham
Then hit 2 sets of 20 reps on leg press anything from 8 plates 1st set & 11 plates last set aside. Then Squat for 2 sets - last set failure.

On back day I hit - tbar rows then barbell bent overs - deadlifts.

I am drug free - i have only started taking creatine and for protein i rely on Lentils, Soya and Protein Shakes. I am constantly eating just to get enough but I think slowly im getting there. I just wanted to find out about other veggies and how they construct their meal plans.  Undecided

For breakfast I have big bowel of porridge ( in cold water) - protein shake - bannana

2nd meal - Tub of Cottage Cheese & slice of brown bread

3rd meal Pasta & Spinnache Plain no dressing - ( big bowel )

Protein Shake & Soya Soup

GYM

4th meal 2 Slices White Bread with Lentil Soup & Vegs + Protein Shake

5th Meal Half Cup of Porridge with Protein Shake (midnight snack )

Yo Tyson,

You are looking good and holding the 16 stones fairly well. I would refine those stones a little and then get ready to win some shows Undecided

Keep pumping,

Don't see any calf, forearm, or neck work, don't neglect 'em.
Love the dips, but don't see any pull ups or at least lat machine work. You're a big guy and pull ups will be difficult, but throw in a set or two on the way to the showers even if only a single partial rep is possible at the beginning. That single partial rep will turn into one full rep, and then over the months you will be doing a half dozen. Would also replace your standing presses with some clean and presses for overall strength and ruggedness. There's no downside to it, only benefits. You don't want to turn into one of those guys who can move a ton on seated isolation machines yet are unable to put your own bodyweight over your head.

Bill Pearl was a milk and egg man. However, if he saw your white bread, even the wheat bread, that breakfast thing of yours and pasta he would puke. He ate lots of fresh wholesome veggies and some fruit instead of white floured based products. I have seen Bill eat a dozen hard boiled egg whites chased down by a glass of milk.

You are a big man but as smooth as a baby...you asked...correct? Up your protein. lots of fresh veggies/limited fruit  and drop the white flour crap. Whey protein comes from cottage cheese by product. Drink a second whey drink.

I'd eat more eggs if I were you. Cottage cheese. Some fruit. The rest veggies, lots of salads with nuts.  Damn, I'm getting hungry. Good build by the way. If you cut up, you'll be awesome!
