I think age categories and weight categories would be a good idea.

Do it like the Masters O did. Open, over 50, over 60, over 70. ..  That seems fair.

It sure looks like there are not many of us "OLD" guys around on the list.

This contest is just a lot of hipe but it's fun. I know I'm not going to win anything but I'll try and I am starting to look a little better and I am having fun in the gym, I drive the kids nuts just busting my ass and "doing" Remember I am working out with a bunch of Flipino's. But one of them cares right now and that's fun to watch, he's doing good and wants to learn.

They can't believe I have the workout printed and in my hand and the book in my bag in case there is a question.

Strike that post....saw the date...I will be a few weeks shy of my 70th.

I would consider the O65,  looks like fun. I would be 6 weeks out from the Mr. Muscle Beach Open and 8 weeks from the Over 70 NPC Nationals. Pics would be close but not spot on conditioning.
