Burr did a nice little full body Vol workout today and enjoyed it.

When you get use to the machine it ain't bad.

7 parts, 4 sets, 14 rep's.

Loved it, very hot like 100f but sweat is good, people pay to go to a sauna all I have to do is walk outside.

Had a nice pump and keep it for an hour or so.

Thursday/Fridays Roller Workout.

That's it folks, a roller workout. Two days on a paint roller. Painting over head, side, up and down a 10 foot ladder. I couldn't move yesterday afternoon and I'll be crawling this afternoon and it looks like this is going to be about two to three weeks. I will get my lifting in, wife can't watch me every minute.
Damn I love being married, having a wonderful home and all these "Honey Does".

Well back up the ladder, you all have a wonderful day, you hear?

Great Wednesday Workout.

Wife worked out with me, happy days. Had to hold her back from trying to use to much weight but she did the sets and rep’s.

We have been painting the inside of the house. Now that’s a workout. I can’t move after 2 or 3 hours on that damn roller but we about have one room done, trim and all and I am going to wait and do the floor all at one time.

Here’s today’s workout on the machine, wife used 10 pounds and I did as posted but we only did four sets.

Bench press                     4x14=110
Pic’s                        4x14=50
Cable Pull Dn’s front                  4x14=100

Push Dn’s                     4x14=50
Rope pull dn’s                     4x14=40
One are cable rows high               4x14-40

Seated Cable rows                  4x14=110

Standing Leg Curls                  4x14=30
Leg Ext                     4x14=20

That’s it folks. 94f at 9:30am, no wind but my big fan (very big fan)

I drink a lot of gatorade myself. Especially if I have any kind of caffiene for the day. My gym has been really hot and they have a rule that you aren't allowed to drink anything but water! Which is ok, but gatorade definitely helps me out more in my workouts! It's a stupid rule.

Friday, Wonderful Friday

Did the same lazy workout again today but, I went very slow and let it burn.
Held each Yoga a full 14 breath’s and twisted my old body just as far as I could with out something breaking.
Worked very hard on form, breathing and going very slow on the down side of my weight routine.

I know I was doing right because I was yawning after each set.

It’s 91.4f at 9:07a but looks like rain today (praying). Had a nice sweat.
PS: Don't tell Terry, I wore gloves!!!!
