Rice Crispy Joints

Morning Les, I don't know how or why I do a big workout, I just always have for all the years I trained. I've had trainers ask the same thing, I don't know I just do it. Some days I don't feel like doing all the Rep's so I don't, But most days I just go down the list in my hand and do it and feel good. I put on a headset with loud 133 BPS music and I don't talk to anyone, I just do!!!!
You eat those nasty things? I don't need'em yet still running in the three a week routine, or more.
As to posting a workout, I think we should all post in a line that way it's easy to follow/read. (my 2c's)
We are starting to get a little winter up here, in the 70's at night but the days are still getting up in the 90's.
When does the NRA Rugby start down under? I like to follow them because it's in my afternoon. A friend records the UK Rugby for me so I can watch it during the week.
