Beverly. Family owned and operated

Agreed.

Jim Heflin sold the company did he not?  I believe that he still is with the company in the capacity as a "consultant".  When he and his wife owned the company outright, it was my favorite supplement company.  When I was a kid in the 1950s, my mother used to get a high potency liquid vitamin concentrate from the Jewel Tea Company.  This thick, syrup-like concentrate had this distinct smell probably from the  B complex.  It was an odor that I completely forgot about until I discovered one of  Beverly's vitamin products.  Also, one of their whey products had a very rich smell of dairy product indicating to me that they were not skimping on their ingredients.  Based on these "smell" tests, it is my opinion that Beverly is one company that is honest in their claims about the ingredients in their products.

I remember the Jewel Tea company! The Jewel Tea man would come to our house. He was the only salesman my mom would let in.

Oh yes, we always looked forward to the visits by the Jewel Tea man!  It was just something out the ordinary.
