By looking at the vascularity, you must be ready by now.The shoulders seem to be the last ones to shed the last bit of stored body fat,the skin stays thicker than other parts of the body till you get really lean. BVTC.

There you go...thats you!!! Avitar is PERFECT. If I were not such a weenie old man standing next to you...I'd kick your big ass. Those other 2 shots show that you did not flex your legs in the one shot and suck in your belly in the other. You have what it takes physique wise to take home trophys. Something about those stage lights makes you forget to POSE.

My friends...James brings a ton of natural talent, genetics and quality muscle to these shows. He reeks with his love of Bodybuilding and competition. Relaxed in the warm up room he is every bit a winner as the best in there. One of these days he is gonna score on stage and we will all say...hey, I know the National Champion.

BYW....where have you been hiding?

Lol  just got internet up again.  And thanks. Was so drained could barely hold my poses. Not next time. Not getting more than 15 lbs over competition weight so won't have to super low carbsand 2 plus hours of cardio again. At 250 now. Just have to shred it up and Im golden.

Great arms! Easily your best bodypart. Flex your quads hard in and out of the gym any chance you get. The more that the muscles become accustomed to getting up close to the skin, the more that separation show.

Its been different every time. last year was primarily Palumbos keto dietthen had to tweak it.  This year - so far very basic-
Medium protein,  low medium carbs,  low to medium fats.
1.6 eggs-  cutting a yolk each week. 7 or 9 grain toast- 2
2. tuna= or if training fruit before workout some times
3. Chicken breast, brocolli
4. more eggs or protein bar.
5.-beverages coffee and lots of water.  some diet soda a few times a week- lots of vodka-------- kidding..
6. snack celery- or  a little popcorn
thats it- on the broke diet, lol- keeps me honest..
Pretty basic and straightforward this time. nothing crazy.

What do you put on the popcorn?

I'm fat and old, I love tons of butter, loads of salt.
