Just to make sure I (and everone else) understands, in the first two photos you posted you were 23whereas the recent photo was taken 25 years at the age of 48? Is that correct.
How was growing a beard a protest against the Castro dictatorship?

Joe,the first 2 pictures i posted growing a beard,i was 23.-------the last 2 pictures are a few weeks old,and that's me today at 48 years of age,did i get younger or older?that's why i said the first 2 pictures were taken 25 years ago,(correct), the only thing i've lost is the hair on my head.
Growing a beard was a form of protest because he was the only one that said in 1959,that he wouldn't shave it until the cuban revolution fullfilled all its goals,23 years later the revolution was stalling already,then i grew another of my own,----- but it has survived for 48 years.I guess i was wrong too.-----then i left Cuba after i did a couple of years at the most harsh and disgusting prisons i ever saw in my life.

And this, is me, 2 years after i took up weight training,at 17 years of age. Legs were 18 inches,------arms were 14 already in this shot, but started at 12,-------who would have said i had any genetics.-------10 years later my legs grew to almost 30 inches --------,my arms reached 21 for a few years,------my suits 56-58 aprox.I never even knew what that "genetics" word meant at all-----------but did i bust my ass training,raw,and totally clean ---YES!.I still own my physique today at 48.

Big Vic, You asked a few questions that I would rather not answer over the internet. I have discovered that there are too many weirdos who get upset if someone posts something they are not in agreement with. In the future I may send you a PM.
I will say this: Your push- pull routine is excellent. I've been doing it with a slight modification, and it yields results.

Una rutina de ejemplo utilizando el sistema de Jalon y Empuje:Para el torso.(Pectorales y Espalda.) 1-Empuje acostado en banca con dumbells 1x15 1x10 1x8 1x6 superseriada con 2-Jalon vertical con cable sentado con agarre cerrado 1X15 1x10 1x8 1x6 3-Empuje en banca inclinada con dumbells 3x10 superseriada con 4-Remo con dumbell en mano,apoyando su mano solamente al final de una banca inclinada,3x10. 5-Barras paralelas bien abiertas 3x10 (agregue peso a la cintura ) superseriadas con 6-Remo con barra T agarre estrecho 3x10 7-Encojimiento de hombros con barra recta 3x10 Si utilizas pesos significantes ,no hace falta ejecutar mas series o repeticiones ,que lo que en esta rutina recomiendo,sobre entrenarse no significa precisamente que va a hacer crecer el torso,descansen bien y consuman 2000 o 3000 calorias saludables al dia,a base de alimentos frescos,no congelados previamente.Si la voluntad es fuerte lograra resultados como nunca antes.

Horus you are right on pal,i don't see anybody around doin the bent arm barbell pullovers anymore. it's a forgotten movement,and it's my finish favorite for either part of the chest work,or after my heavy squatting workouts.keep on pumping it up mate!cheers Vic.
That's because we haven't trained together....LOL!! I perform them quite often in my routines. Awesome exercise!! OOPS,John Prink still and always has used them.May be we do train together one day. Cheers, JP
