Bill worked his forearms on a low forearm bench(where Larry Scott got the idea according to Larry) doing reps with 250 lbs.

any info on chuck shallenberger.hearing about him reminds me of john mcwilliams.i really enjoy hearing about guys like this from that time frame.this might sound strange,but it feels wholesome and honest.far removed from todays bodybuilding.
