Another unique feature is for the leg ext/curl and preacher curl option,to change the setting for the starting point you just push the handle back, move the arm to where you want it,like a 6 o clock position for ext,and 9 o clock one for curls, then lock the handle back down to secure it.

I forgot to say also that i tried a couple of sets of preacher curls and it was ULTRA SMOOTH.It was smoother than Dean Martin after he`s just been rubbed down with sand paper. Now thats smooth.

Another concern was any of the handles coming out of the sockets but as you can see here,a locking washer is fitted that drops down when the handle is pushed in,then you just line the washer up with the hole, and slide it out.

It always bugged me having to position the bench each time i trained, keep getting up and down to get the bench just right, and in the middle. But with this machine it slides on a central runner, and you just set the number in line with the arrow.

And don`t you just hate having to clean those heavy dumbells up for inclines and shoulder pressing.?
This comes with an option of dumbell spotters.

Plus,i always hated having to hold onto the bench when doing leg ext, trying to pin myself down when i went heavy. But i discovered today that i can use the dumbell spotters to do that job, just sit on the bench and they fit nicely on my shoulders and there`s close to 100lbs holding me down tight onto the bench.

I F****** LOVE THIS MACHINE. Smiley Smiley Smiley

One of the things i like the most Trapster(Dave C),is that i can do certain exercises i haven`t done for years because of injuries.I used it for squats today with the shoulder pads and i can hold onto the smith to help me stay straight,so i had no problems with my lower back at all.Plus,i put the bench at 45% and did bent over rowing with my chest supported, using the two short handles,it felt great to be ablt to do the basics that i haven`t been able to for years.

Thats easy done Jeff, see where the dipping bars connect into the smith, just slide them into the holes at the side of them, and you`ve soon got WIDE dipping bars.

The more i have used this machine the more i love it,i`m finding different uses for all the attachments, and the number of exercises just keeps growing.Today i used the chest pad that is used for preacher curls, and fixed it at the front of the machine to support my back while i did triceps extension behind my neck.I also discovered a piece of equipment that is much better than any cable, chain or rope to use on this exercise, and that is ............a length of garden hose.!!!It doesn`t slip,it sticks in your hands, and it doesn`t burn like rope does, plus i can stick the ends into the holes while i get in position to start.

You can do a 45 degree pulldown, set the olympic bar on the rack and add the extra cable.

Then lay down on the bench, pin your feet on the olympic bar,and rest your head on the pads and pull.
