....and Rheo H. Blair protein powder!! From the Trim shop in Skokie, IL......

Duane, read your comment on the Trim Shop, and using Opti-Pro and cream. We all used that protein/fat combo in the sixties when we read that Bob Gajda won his '66 AAU Mr. America title with Opti-Pro, which is essentially Blair's protein, and cream.

      A few months ago I was talking to Bob, who I see quite frequently, and he said, 'Yeah, I used Opti-Pro and whipping cream for awhile, but then it made me FAT!'

      I said, "Bob, why didn't you say so? We were all on this regime thinking we could stay cut and get big at the same time!"

      I trained at the Leaning Tower from '75 to '91....and before that in the sixties at Ravenswood, Triumph, Duncan, Irving, etc.

      I still train 6 days a week and feel great.
